Terms and Conditions

1. Goodie bags are available in limited quantities and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Goodie bags are available exclusively to participants aged 18 years and above.
3. The Organiser or Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway City Kuala Lumpur, reserves the right to limit the number of goodie bags per main registrant and is unable to guarantee availability for all attendees.
4. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration.
5. The form is for pre-event submission purposes only to estimate attendance. All attendees are still required to register on the event day using their e-mail confirmation notice to secure their slot.
6. The personal data collected through the registration form/portal and provided by the attendee(s) for the purpose of this event will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and the Personal Data Protection Notice of the Organiser (available at www.sunwaymedical.com). By participating in this event, the attendee(s) consents to the Organiser processing his/her personal data, which includes, but is not limited to, their name, contact number and address, in a manner that permits the Organiser or authorised representatives to contact the attendee(s) regarding matters related to the event.
7. The Organiser or Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway City Kuala Lumpur, reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
